Your Role As a Sales Associate you will be the face of the brand to our retail customers and will create a best‑in‑class customer experience in the store. You will engage a diverse group of people, share product knowledge, and contribute to the team’s visual and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized customer engagement and serve as a one‑stop resource for product, community, and activity‑based knowledge.
Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant activity, community, and product knowledge to create a memorable experience for customers.
Achieve sales and productivity goals using all available resources.
Assist with visual presentation, housekeeping, product replenishment, and Loss Prevention initiatives.
Perform cashier duties as needed.
Help maintain overall visual and operational store standards.
What You Bring Required
Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
Collaboration, teamwork, and adaptability in the workplace.
Flexibility for a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge or willingness to learn about products, activities, and community relevant to our customer base.
Proficient computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, software programs).
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements
Operate office equipment and technology.
Stand for the entire shift.
Bend, lift, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
Use ladders for visual merchandising and window banner placement.
