Regional Sales Manager – Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings

Stark Building Systems is a growing structural steel and pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) manufacturer based in Pearland, TX. We fabricate and deliver high-quality steel building systems for commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects across the region. We are looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to build and grow our dealer and contractor network.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with PEMB dealers, general contractors, and developers across the region
Generate new business through prospecting, cold outreach, trade shows, and referrals
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and building specifications to customers
Work closely with engineering and production to ensure accurate and competitive proposals
Track pipeline activity and report sales performance to leadership
Represent Stark Building Systems professionally in all customer interactions
Requirements
3+ years of sales experience in pre-engineered metal buildings, structural steel, or construction materials
Established network of PEMB dealers, contractors, or developers strongly preferred
Strong understanding of PEMB products, components, and the quoting process
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
Willingness to travel within the region as needed
