We’re expanding in all directions and looking to add passionate team members to our crew! Right now, we’re seeking a Part-Time Customer Service (Counter Person) who lives and breathes powersports. This position will lead into full time for the right person. If you’re the kind of person who: Talks shop with customers like they’re old friends Isn’t afraid to grab a wrench, unload a muddy machine, or help with hands‑on work Says “let’s do it” instead of “that’s not my job” Thrives in a fast‑paced, team environment where everyone pitches in Then you’re the one we want on our team! We all wear many hats here — from helping customers to keeping machines in top shape to sweeping the floors — all with one goal: keeping our customers riding. What You’ll Be Doing Daily:
Answering phones and helping customers with questions Placing parts and shop stock orders Helping customers find the right products for their machines Checking customers in and out with friendly, reliable service Handling money and processing invoices accurately Receiving and organizing parts orders for work orders and the store Handling emails and ordering parts through either email or calling the manufacturer. Passion for the industry is a MUST.
