Your Responsibilities

Leading Functional Consultant:
Leverage your vast experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization. Business Needs Analysis:
Ensure the NetSuite solution aligns with customer objectives through a blend of best practices, product insights, and business knowledge. Issue Resolution:
Address complex customer challenges with effective recommendations and solutions. Collaboration:
Partner closely with the customer success team to identify client needs and develop innovative strategies that exceed their expectations. Passion for Business Technologies:
Employ advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to assist clients in achieving operational excellence. Conduct Workshops:
Gather functional requirements and facilitate comprehensive solution workshops. Effective Communication:
Present confidently and clearly, showcasing your strong presentation skills. Lead optimization initiatives to deliver quality solutions promptly. Mentor customer teams and influence leadership regarding key strategic decisions. Manage ongoing client engagement post-go-live, overseeing NetSuite application functionality delivery. Collaborate with technical experts to ensure favorable outcomes for customers. Your commitment to outstanding client satisfaction will be essential as you handle multiple customer engagements simultaneously, striving to meet their needs. Ideal candidates will have robust experience in gathering customer requirements and conducting business analysis, and preferably possess functional knowledge of NetSuite along with a strong understanding of accounting principles. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must! Travel Requirements This role may require travel up to 25% within the United States. Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position in the U.S. is from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour, equating to an annual salary of $53,000 to $126,100.
