to ensure the Oracle NetSuite solution aligns with customer objectives through best practices and professional insights. Address Complex Issues
by recommending effective solutions to client challenges. Collaborate with Customer Success Teams
to swiftly identify client needs, develop innovative strategies, and implement solutions that exceed expectations. Exhibit Passion for Technology
by applying strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to improve client operations. Facilitate Functional Requirements-Gathering
sessions and solution workshops. Communicate Effectively , demonstrating strong presentation skills. Additionally, you will: Lead efforts for optimizing high-quality solutions delivered within set deadlines. Mentor customer teams and advise leadership on strategic decisions. Manage clients in post-go-live scenarios. Oversee the implementation of NetSuite application features. Collaborate with technical and performance experts to ensure successful client outcomes. Your success in this role hinges on your experience in gathering customer business requirements and your strong analytical skills. A deep understanding of NetSuite and foundational accounting principles will be beneficial. Outstanding interpersonal skills are essential for success. Location and Travel This position is based in the United States and may involve travel up to 25% of the time.
