Responsibilities
In this pivotal mid-senior level consulting role, you will lead by example and provide top-notch solution strategies to project teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a Lead Functional Consultant
with deep expertise in NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization. Assessing business needs
to ensure that the Oracle NetSuite solutions align with customer objectives, combining best practices and product knowledge. Resolving complex customer challenges
by suggesting and delivering effective solutions. Collaborating closely with the customer success team
to quickly evaluate client needs, formulate innovative plans, and implement solutions that exceed expectations. Exhibiting a passion for business and technology , using advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance operational efficiency for clients. Conducting functional requirements gathering sessions
and solution workshops. Communicating clearly and effectively , showcasing strong presentation skills. Leading optimization efforts within engagements to provide high-quality solutions while adhering to time and priority constraints. Providing mentorship and direction to customer teams, influencing key decisions with leadership. Managing client relations in post-go live environments. Overseeing the effective delivery of NetSuite application functionality. Partnering with NetSuite experts to ensure optimal outcomes for customers. Your commitment to delivering exceptional client satisfaction is paramount. In this role, you will manage multiple customers, often navigating pressure while consistently striving to meet and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in gathering customer business requirements along with excellent relationship-building skills. Functional knowledge of NetSuite and an understanding of accounting principles are highly advantageous. Location and Travel This position is based in the United States and requires up to 25% travel. Compensation and Benefits: The expected hiring range in the United States is from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour, equating to an annual salary of $53,000 to $126,100.
