proven Construction Superintendent
to help lead complex projects and support our expanding portfolio.
This role is designed for a
high-performing field leader
who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes full ownership of jobsite execution, and understands what it takes to deliver projects on schedule and at a high standard of quality.
The Opportunity As a Construction Superintendent, you will lead field operations on complex commercial projects. You will take full ownership of the entire job site, driving daily management, safety protocols, quality assurance, and schedule execution. Your leadership on the ground will be critical to delivering projects on time, on budget, and with an unwavering commitment to ultimate customer satisfaction. You will work alongside a team focused on strategic growth and play a meaningful role in shaping the next phase of our organization as you grow your career with us.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in commercial construction
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage complex scopes and multiple trades
Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
