Marketing Coordinator
Nifty Fifty Solutions, Richardson, TX, United States
Nifty Fifty Solutions is a digital marketing agency serving growth-stage businesses across the DFW Metroplex. We operate as a fractional marketing department for our clients, meaning we own strategy, execution, and results, not just tasks.
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who takes ownership of their work, thinks creatively across multiple industries, and wants real agency experience doing real work. This role supports client execution across social media, short-form video, and email marketing, while also contributing creative ideas that keep our accounts sharp and moving forward.
If you're the kind of person who bookmarks good content, notices what winners are doing, and brings ideas nobody asked you for, keep reading.
Compensation for this role is $20-22/hr, depending on experience
What You’ll Do
Own the capture and creation of social media deliverables across client accounts, including graphics and short-form video content
Create ideas and drafts for client email marketing campaigns and collateral
Research competitor brands, industry accounts, and content trends to surface creative ideas and recommendations for client strategy
Provide direct creative support to the Account Manager, helping keep content fresh and accounts well-informed
Drive across the DFW Metroplex to capture on-site video and photo content with clients
Maintain task lists and timelines to keep projects on track across multiple accounts simultaneously
Review deliverables for brand consistency, accuracy, and quality before publishing or delivery
Collaborate with the internal team on campaign planning and execution
Gain hands-on exposure to SEO, PPC, email marketing, and broader digital strategy
Who You Are
Confident in Canva and CapCut (essential for this role)
Extremely organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, meaning that you can catch what others miss
A self-starter who can take a brief and run with it without needing every step spelled out
Genuinely active on social media across multiple platforms (you see what people are talking about on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and naturally curious about what's working and why
Excited about doing research: digging through competitor accounts, bookmarking references, and bringing back something useful
A strong communicator, written and verbal
Familiar with AI tools (Claude) as workflow aides,
not replacements for your own thinking
Familiar with or actively learning Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro (strong plus)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where both quality and speed matter
Coachable, collaborative, and direct; you ask questions when something isn't clear and speak up when you have a better idea
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, or paid media
Experience with DSLR or mirrorless camera setups beyond iPhone videography
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, SEMrush) are not required, but respected
Requirements
Current college senior or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
Demonstrated familiarity with social media content creation, including ideation, production, and publishing
Strong independent writing skills; you own what you write
Ability to receive constructive feedback and apply it without taking it personally
Reliable transportation and comfort commuting to Richardson, TX and client locations across DFW
Additional Notes
This role is fully on-site
Must be comfortable driving to client locations across DFW for on-site content capture
This is a part-time role with real responsibility and real client impact. Your ideas will be heard. If you bring good ones, you'll have ownership over them.
