Instructional Developer (Remote)

We are seeking an
Instructional Developer
to design engaging, effective learning solutions using adult learning principles and proven instructional design methodologies. This role partners closely with leadership and subject matter experts to translate organizational knowledge into impactful training materials for remote learners. You’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for creating end‑to‑end learning experiences—from concept through execution.
What You’ll Do
Design and develop learning modules using
instructional design methodologies
(e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
Create training materials including
curriculum, manuals, guides, alerts, and job aids
Collaborate with
SMEs and management
to translate complex information into effective learning solutions
Develop learning content optimized for
remote and distributed learners
Contribute to a team delivering innovative learning applications and experiences
Required Qualifications
3–4 years
of instructional design, curriculum design, or learning development experience
Demonstrated application of
instructional design methodologies
(ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
Experience working with
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
and media development tools (e.g.,
Adobe Captivate , Cerego)
Strong knowledge of
adult learning theory and best practices
Excellent
written, visual design, and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with
business operations in the healthcare field
