Job Description NBCUniversal Advertising Products & Solutions (AP&S)is responsible forthe product development and project management of NBCUniversal’s full advertising technology suite. From sales support to campaign execution, delivery, and billing, our division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $7B+ annual advertising business. We are seeking a Product Managertosupport and scale NBCU’s insights and forecasting products.The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative product manager who is passionate about digital media and data-driven decision-making and who brings strong product execution skills, stakeholder communication abilities, technical fluency, and a willingness to take ownership where needed.
Responsibilities
Build and scale insights-driven audience and activation products by leveragingdata analysis, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales Operations, Planning, Sales, Strategy, Systems, Insights & Research, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver best-in-class products.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, and workflows for Engineering and Operations & Technology teams.
Own product roadmaps and planning by aligning priorities, timelines, and resourcing across business and engineering stakeholders.
Translate customer, sales, and market needs into scalable, end-to-end product requirements and workflows.
Lead experimentation and measurement strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing, definition of success metrics, and tracking frameworks.
Conduct deep-dive analyses of product usage, adoption, funnel performance, and trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Define,maintain, and interpret KPIs, dashboards, and recurring reports to evaluate overall product health and performance.
Support QA and validation efforts to ensure product stability, accuracy, and data integrity.
Communicate insights, experiment results, and performance trends clearly and concisely to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, product analytics, or a related role within the digital advertising ecosystem.
Strong analytical skills with proven experience working with large datasets using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data and clearly articulate trends and key insights to leadership through clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations and executive-ready storytelling.
Experience conducting A/B testing or similar experimentation frameworks, including analysis and interpretation of results.
Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and assume ownership in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and Engineering.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to take an idea from concept through launch, while effectively prioritizing to deliver results.
Knowledge of digital ad serving, streaming ad technology, and data-driven advertising mechanics.
Additional Requirements Hybrid:
This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
Beginning January 2026, this role will contribute a minimum of four days per week from the office.
