Senior Territory Manager
supports field and maintenance teams by ensuring high‑quality service for existing customers while introducing Agiliti solutions to new customer locations across a defined geographic region. What’s in It for You?

Manage and mentor Service Representatives and Territory Managers within an assigned region Monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence Coordinate pickup and delivery of medical equipment as needed Deliver educational content and device-related training Partner with the Divisional Operations Manager to introduce new Agiliti services Lead onboarding efforts for new customer accounts Build and maintain relationships with department-level and mid-level leaders within customer organizations Prepare, complete, and review analyses, surveys, and reports for customers Develop an understanding of contract provisions and decision processes related to maintenance and repair services Ensure compliance with Customer, Quality, and Environmental Health and Safety requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and overall service quality Coordinate service coverage for unexpected issues, such as mobile laboratory or equipment failures Perform additional duties as assigned What You Will Need for This Role
Bachelor’s degree
or
equivalent work experience Ability to travel at least 50%, including occasional short-notice travel Experience and strong knowledge of hospital sterile processing departments and operating room environments Five years of management, sales, or customer service experience preferred Two years of experience in a Central Sterile Processing Department or Operating Room preferred General knowledge of the assigned region and customer landscape preferred Experience in service delivery logistics and cost efficiency preferred Valid driver’s license and safe driving record Proven experience managing staff across multiple geographic locations (matrix management) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and the ability to learn company-specific programs Certification from the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management and certification from the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution preferred (or obtained within six months of hire) Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities Ability to prepare and deliver effective customer presentations Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Physical ability to operate a computer, move materials within the office, remain seated for extended periods, and communicate consistently with teammates, with or without accommodation
