What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as the primary liaison between Sales Operations and the sales organization for tools, reporting, and process requests
Review and refine user stories, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and leadership priorities
Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, collaborating with IT and Sales Science on data management
Proactively engage with field sales teams to gather feedback and identify opportunities for tool and reporting improvements
Provide clear progress updates to key stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology/information systems, systems engineering, or related fields
4-6 years of experience in an operations-focused role
Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, and other relevant systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to build relationships across teams and levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the automotive industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to work comfortably in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Creative problem-solving skills and a systems-thinking mindset
