Job Title: Director of Development
Location: On-Site near Akron, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday (On-Site)
Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned development projects, including planning, approvals, and execution.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of development or project management experience.
• LIHTC projects, layered financing, and compliance with relevant housing programs.
• Strong financial acumen, project oversight, and team leadership skills.
