Collections Specialist
LHH is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage a high-volume AR portfolio in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office role with immediate start availability located in Dallas, TX. This person will be overseeing two collectors and managing high-value accounts. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable portfolio totaling approximately $8.5M across multiple entities Handle a high volume of accounts, with 1,0002,000 invoices processed weekly Perform outbound collections across a large territory (West Texas through the East Coast) Communicate with customers to resolve past-due balances and maintain account health Work Environment: In-office, business casual (jeans permitted daily) Collaborative team with shared workload across collectors Top Skills Required: Strong attitude and professionalism Excellent phone communication and customer interaction skills Computer proficiency, especially in Excel (shared spreadsheets) Experience with ERP systems (Epicor Eclipse preferred) Pay Details:
