Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Salem, New Hampshire. In this contract role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions and coordinating with relevant departments. Accurately process and manage order entries, ensuring all details are correct. Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing assistance and information as required. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow standard procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service operations. Stay informed about company products and services to address customer questions effectively. Adhere to company policies and guidelines while delivering excellent service. Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary, ensuring timely resolution. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Proficiency in order entry and managing customer databases. Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with customer service tools and software is a plus. Adept at problem-solving and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous.
