## Associate Director, Global Benefits & Mobility (ex-US)The Associate Director of Global Benefits & Mobility (ex-US) will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of global employee benefits programs as well as managing all aspects of global mobility, including expatriate assignments, immigration, and relocation processes. This leader will support the roll out and change management for large visible initiatives. The role will report into the SVP, Global Total Rewards and part of the Total Rewards Leadership Team.**Key Responsibilities**
Provide comprehensive benefits support and guidance to our TRBPs, ensuring they have the information and tools needed to address business needs.Evaluate the effectiveness of Benefits & Mobility programs, analyze metrics and ROI, and recommend enhancements. Collaborate with the US Benefits team on cyclical programs, including Annual Enrollment and related activities. Identify the impact of business decisions on Benefit Programs; work with global business unit partners to understand priorities globally**Key Qualifications** **EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:** • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 7-10
years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of managerial experience.7-10 years' related experience.**Minimum Requirements**Well-developed knowledge across global rewards programs. Experience in managing customer interfaces and coordinating specialist and professional input to complete and run large scale business initiatives and projects.• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of managerial experience.**Background Checks**: Specify that candidates will undergo background checks, which may vary based on country requirements. **Work Environment/Requirements**: Indicate if the company provides visa sponsorship for international candidates, if applicable The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.
