
Associate Director, Global Benefits & Mobility (ex-US)

Position Summary
The Associate Director of Global Benefits & Mobility (ex-US) will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of global employee benefits programs as well as managing all aspects of global mobility, including expatriate assignments, immigration, and relocation processes. This leader will support the roll out and change management for large visible initiatives. The role will report into the SVP, Global Total Rewards and is part of the Total Rewards Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
Design Benefit & Mobility innovative, integrated programs that align with FME’s global total rewards philosophy.
Provide comprehensive benefits support and guidance to TRBPs, ensuring they have the information and tools needed to address business needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of Benefits & Mobility programs, analyze metrics and ROI, and recommend enhancements.
Manage relationships with benefit & mobility vendor partners, holding them accountable to meeting deliverables and expectations.
Collaborate with the US Benefits team on cyclical programs, including Annual Enrollment and related activities.
Identify the impact of business decisions on Benefit Programs; work with global business unit partners to understand priorities globally.
Develop global benefit communication campaigns across key internal and external partners.
Manage and oversee the global benefit & mobility team.
Develop and maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Influence others to accept practices and approaches and communicate messages to executive leadership.
Analyze and resolve complex problems and issues, considering operational, financial, and human dimensions of the business.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree desirable.
7-10 years of related experience, including at least 3 years of managerial experience.
Minimum Requirements Well-developed knowledge across global rewards programs. Experience in managing customer interfaces and coordinating specialist and professional input to complete and run large-scale business initiatives and projects.
