As the architect of our digital future in APAC, you will bridge the gap between cutting‑edge technology and commercial priorities. Leading a high‑performance team of specialists across AI, MarTech, GEO, Data, CRM, and Social Commerce, you will drive enterprise‑wide digital transformation. By breaking down silos and driving the adoption of enterprise tech tools, you will seamlessly connect digital domains to elevate consumer engagement. Embedded directly into division and country hubs, you will translate complex digital capabilities into seamless, data‑driven brand experiences that accelerate business outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and executional excellence.
Translate complex digital capabilities into actionable business growth strategies and align the Digital Transformation roadmap with Colgate‑Palmolive’s global growth priorities and division strategy.
Oversee the end‑to‑end consumer journey by integrating consumer journeys, CRM strategy, platform/country cell‑level insights, AI, performance marketing, and digital commerce performance.
Lead media across the funnel for APAC at a divisional level, complementing hub management of local media; forge new capabilities based on the latest AI‑based media algorithms and embed Brand into culture.
Identify and champion the adoption of emerging technologies (CreativeX, Bynder, Accuranker, AI, & Data Analytics, etc.) to maintain a competitive edge in the APAC landscape.
Lead the commercial relationship with agency partners, tech companies, and media houses; act as a critical liaison between divisional leadership, global counterparts, and external partners to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
Serve as a change agent for the APAC division, upskilling local teams and standardizing best‑in‑class digital processes.
Drive end‑to‑end digital performance across website, media planning, retail media, social commerce, and content operations to create integrated, omni‑channel customer experiences.
Manage the full data lifecycle—including 1P/3P strategy, CRM, and advanced measurement—while overseeing web tech infrastructure, search governance, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
Win in SEO and future‑prove Colgate for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization); maintain the brand.com ecosystem and strategically define and execute Colgate’s content strategy.

What we ask
15+ years of professional experience, with at least 5‑7 years in a senior leadership role within Digital Marketing, e‑Commerce, Media or Integrated Brand Experiences.
Proven track record managing large‑scale digital projects that directly contributed to business growth in the CPG/FMCG sector.
Experience and expertise in one or more big APAC markets and their digital landscapes, media environment, and social media and social commerce environment.
Technical literacy: familiarity with Digital Asset Management (Bynder), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and advanced analytics tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
