As a Brand Executive, you are responsible to provide administrative and operational support to the brand management team, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives, effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and efficient handling of day‑to‑day brand operations. Key Responsibilities:

Manage project timelines, ensuring all key milestones for brand initiatives are met on schedule, and proactively identify and address potential delays. Oversee administrative project tasks including scheduling project meetings, documenting project progress and decisions (minutes‑taking), and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Maintain organized records of brand plans, detailed project schedules, supplier contracts, invoices, and a repository of marketing assets. Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal departments to track project deliverables, manage quotation requests, and secure timely approvals for project elements. Support the procurement process for marketing activities, including preparing purchase requisitions, managing vendor agreements, and tracking project expenses against budget. Assist in compiling performance reports, analyzing sales data, and conducting post‑campaign evaluations to measure project success and inform future planning. Manage the logistics for brand‑related materials inventory and the distribution of product samples for various projects. Coordinate internal communication updates regarding new marketing initiatives and project progress to ensure all relevant teams are aligned. Ensure the timely submission of all required project documentation and strict compliance with internal governance and policies. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 – 3 years of administrative or marketing support experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
