Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) - Norwich
We are seeking a motivated Solicitor or Associate to join our growing Commercial Property Team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice to a broad client base.
You will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
Freehold and leasehold transactions
Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and renewals
Secured lending and property finance
Options, overage and development matters
Corporate support on business acquisitions and disposals
General landlord and tenant issues

What We’re Looking For
We are ideally seeking candidates with 3–5 years’ PQE , although we are open to considering applications outside of this range. You should have:
Solid experience in commercial property work
A strong understanding of relevant legal principles
The ability to manage a caseload, with guidance from partners and senior associates
Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills

We advise on everything from major property acquisitions and funding arrangements to the day‑to‑day management and occupation of commercial premises.
Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
New build and pre‑letting work
Lease drafting, renewals and terminations
Property management matters (including dilapidations, rent reviews, assignments and sub‑lettings)
Lease extensions and collective enfranchisement
