Senior Dynamics CRM Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics CRM Administrator with deep Quality Assurance (QA) ownership to manage, customize, and validate solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and the Power Platform. This role is critical to the success of enterprise integrations and modernization initiatives, supporting both Dynamics CRM 2016 on-prem and Dynamics 365 cloud environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of CRM administration, SQL analysis, Power Platform automation, Azure-based integrations, and rigorous QA discipline, acting as the final quality gate before production deployments. Essential Duties Design, develop, build, and maintain Power Automate flows for CRM and cross-system automation. Implement complex orchestration and system-to-system workflows using Azure Logic Apps. Design, develop and test the implementation of Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) connected to Dataverse Administer, configure, and support Dynamics CRM 2016 on-prem and Dynamics 365 cloud environments. Manage Dataverse tables, relationships, columns, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles. Customize CRM using business rules, workflows, calculated fields, and process automation. Support CRM upgrades, cloud migrations, and environment lifecycle management (Dev / UAT / Prod). Maintain platform stability, security, and performance. Ensure automation follows governance, error handling, logging, and retry best practices. Collaborate with BI teams to support Power BI datasets sourced from Dataverse and SQL. Serve as QA owner for all CRM-related implementations and integrations. Test plans Functional and regression test cases End-to-end integration validation scenarios Validate business processes spanning CRM, Power Platform. Identify, document, and track defects; partner with developers and integrators to ensure resolution. Lead UAT coordination, validation, and business sign-off. Act as the final quality gate before production releases. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 5+ years of experience in the design and development, and procedures, administering and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Experience consulting with users to determine their needs and work with users on design and implementation of systems to meet user needs. Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM 2016 on-prem and Dynamics 365 cloud. Extensive experience with Dataverse architecture and security. SQL querying and data analysis Power Automate Power Apps Azure Logic Apps Proven experience owning QA for CRM integrations and enterprise implementations. Experience validating integrations with ERP systems, APIs, portals, and reporting platforms. Strong understanding of CRM data models and business process flows. Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, or Dataverse to Data Lake. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Experience supporting Power BI reporting on Dataverse and SQL sources. Background in large-scale CRM modernization or cloud migration initiatives. Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 5 years' experience with CRM Administration and Business Process Integration. Some travel required (10%). May be required to work evenings or weekends. Must be able to remain seated at a keyboard or desk for extended periods. Must be able to lift, carry, and/or push/pull articles weighing up to 20 lbs.
