Tadmor's Summer Ministry Training is an immersive program for young adults ages 16-25 that combines spiritual formation and leadership development with an emphasis on growing their Kingdom impact in their churches, families, and workplaces.
Get hands-on leadership training in the foothills of the Cascade mountains in Oregon. In the context of running summer camp, you will be discipled and challenged in an environment where relationship is the priority and the foundation of the culture.

Stipends, room, and board are provided for the positions below:
TEAM LEADS: Age 20+ Experienced and mature individuals who oversee the spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental health of their team, pointing each team member to Jesus through every joy and challenge throughout the summer.
COUNSELORS: Age 19+ Counselors must be spiritually mature, flexible, have a great attitude, and a servant's heart for churches and campers.
PROGRAM TEAM: Age 19+ (Recreation Facilitator, Lifeguard, Support) If you're passionate about setting others up for the greatest success, the Program Team is for you. From setting up and cleaning up games, to putting on skits, to lifeguarding and much more, this team exists to make each week of camp as smooth as possible for the counselors and church leaders. Work hard while deepening your relationship with Christ in a gospel-centered community of your peers.
CIRCLE T: Age 18+ This team has the unique opportunity to experience every aspect of running a camp at Circle T, a western-themed camp program for 3rd-6th graders.
