As a Leasing Agent on the Kips Bay Court/Parker Towers team, you’ll be impacting lives by assisting people in finding the new place they call home.

What you will do:
Conduct a high volume of property tours
with new clients in an enthusiastic, exciting and compelling manner.
Exemplify to prospects
why Kips Bay Court/Parker Towers is the best place to live while building rapport and establishing trust through understanding their renting needs and desires.
Communicate the lease application process to applicants.
Communicate landlord policies and house rules.
Effectively follow up
with prospective renters via phone and email.
Prepare and enter applicant information into the residential management system to create and review application, credit screenings and other lease related documents.
Communicate and ensure the required paperwork, fees, rent and security checks, and other lease documents required by the landlord are received on a timely basis
Maintain
close and frequent contact
with applicants to ensure a seamless leasing process.
What you should have:
Deep understanding
(5+ years+)
of experience in hospitality and/or sales and customer service
The ability to
connect with others
to keep the team aligned and focused.
An
analytical ability
to collect and use information to solve complex problems.
The
discipline and willingness
to do what needs to be done.
A
love
for doing
what others won’t and solving difficult problems.
A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiarity with Yardi preferred
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment

Base Hourly Rate:
$24.00 - $26.00 Hourly
This position may be bonus eligible.
