Addison Group is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join its growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, results-driven environment and enjoys crafting unique branded merchandise and apparel programs tailored to customer needs. A background in promotional products or marketing services is a plus but not required.

This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing ongoing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and solution-based selling.

We're looking for independent, high-energy professionals who are confident in prospecting and excited to build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute targeted sales plans to achieve revenue goals
• Prospect and build a pipeline of new clients through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
• Conduct in-person or virtual meetings to present tailored product solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead identification through project fulfillment
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Address and resolve any client issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain regular communication with clients to identify new opportunities
• Operate independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture

Ideal Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in outside sales or business development roles
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or apparel programs is a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent time-management and organizational abilities
• Comfortable using CRM systems and business software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is helpful, but not mandatory
