
Territory Sales Rep - Building Products

Our client, a leader in the building products sector, is on the lookout for a motivated sales professional to expand their presence across New England. This role is ideal for a local and driven individual who excels in a home office setting and is passionate about exceeding sales targets.
Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass sales goals while securing new accounts within the territory.
- Strategically plan and execute field sales calls to optimize territory coverage.
- Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with customers to foster relationships and present product offerings.
- Prepare quotes and ensure timely follow‑up to meet customer expectations.
- Engage with distributors and lumberyards to expand market reach.
Qualifications
- Essential experience in building materials.
- At least 3 years in outside sales, with a preference for 5 years.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Demonstrated success as a proactive sales “hunter.”
- Willingness to travel within the territory 3 days a week, including 2 overnight stays.
