Assistant Superintendent
to help manage all areas of golf course maintenance and crew operations. This person will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure the course is maintained to a high standard, safe for play, and visually outstanding. Key Responsibilities Support planning and execution of the annual maintenance budget Assist with hiring, training, and supervising the maintenance team Maintain turf, plants, irrigation, drainage, and equipment Oversee fertilizer, pest control, and aeration programs Supervise course projects and repairs Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with environmental standards Track maintenance records and inventory Help with ordering and receiving supplies Stay current with industry practices and regulations Requirements Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in turfgrass management 3+ years of golf course maintenance experience Texas xsgimln Applicator’s License or ability to obtain within 90 days Strong knowledge of turf care, irrigation, construction, and course maintenance Ability to lead a team, communicate clearly, and stay organized Comfortable with Microsoft Office Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off + Holidays Uniforms Chapter Dues Paid (GCSAA) Apply Send your cover letter and resume to Will Bell:
