Your Role As a Client Engagement Specialist, your key responsibility will be to ensure that our clients feel appreciated and supported. You will provide exceptional service that builds trust in their financial decisions, nurturing strong client relationships year after year. Your Responsibilities Warmly greet clients and address inquiries with a friendly attitude. Connect clients with the right tax professional based on their unique requirements. Efficiently manage and schedule client appointments according to their preferences. Ensure that all client needs are met, whether during in-person visits, over the phone, or through virtual meetings. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a tidy and organized office environment. Assist with additional related tasks to support the team and clients as needed. Your Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work flexible hours and in various locations. Experience in sales or marketing preferred.
