
Personal Assistant at Factory

Le Parfait Paris in San Diego, CA is looking for one personal assistant to join our 50 person strong team. We are located on 4564 Alvarado Canyon Road Suite G. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.
Job Description As the personal assistant you will assist with both professional and personal tasks on a weekly basis in addition to last minute projects. Your main responsibility is to do anything that would save the executive team’s time.
Responsibilities
Pay bills, track receipts, and manage paperwork and filing systems
Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders
Prepare reports, complete forms, and take meeting notes
Manage specific inventory on a weekly basis and place orders accordingly
Packaging inventory (Macaron box, flyers, macaron inserts, USPS boxes, Merchandising)
Gelato Inventory (gather orders from stores, place orders, upon delivery verify the total delivered and organize the freezer for the driver next day delivery)
Company tee‑shirts/clothing inventory
Make phone calls and respond to emails and other correspondence including the catering emails (send quotes and invoices)
Keep updated all job posting on our website, process light resume screening, gather all resumes and send them to Chefs/Manager, organize interviews based on Chefs/manager schedule
Screening of supplier price fluctuation; Every Monday’s check prices of each suppliers’ invoices & website. Contact suppliers if any price increase. Update Get filet accordingly
Other Responsibilities
Occasional weekend work in catering events (delivery and set up)
Create collateral when needed on Canva or Adobe such as flyers, price tags, menu update
Organized photoshoot Marketing according to management plan & Create occasionally social media content (stories)
Edit the online stores (third parties and company store) with pricing and new items when needed.
Keep office clean, neat and organized
Job Requirements
Responsible and detail-oriented
Tech‑savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and problem‑solve
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time‑management, organization skills and flexibility
Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Job Benefit
Part time or full time: Monday through Friday with weekend when catering/events
Possibility to move to full time
