
Personal Assistant

Our client, an ultra high-net-worth individual based in Miami Beach, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support both personal needs and household operations. This individual will act as the “eyes on the ground,” ensuring seamless day-to-day coordination within a private residence. The role works closely alongside the Executive Assistant, Chiefs of Staff, House Manager, and household staff, as current team members are absorbing personal assistant duties and require dedicated support.
Bonus: Responsibilities:
Assist with wardrobe organization and coordination
Manage personal orders including products, health and wellness items, and specialty requests
Coordinate and send gifts
Print and prepare materials as needed
Keep the home office organized and running efficiently
Communicate consistently with the House Manager, especially when they are working hybrid
Support and assist with household events while the House Manager leads
Assist the Executive Assistant and House Manager with daily operational needs
Support housekeepers in executing event setup and breakdown
Greet guests entering the residence
Step in wherever needed to ensure smooth household operations
Qualifications:
Experience supporting a high-level executive or ultra high-net-worth individual
Strong attention to detail with a hands-on, proactive approach
Comfortable working in a private household environment
Highly communicative and team-oriented
Discreet, polished, and adaptable
Flexible and willing to take initiative as needs arise
