Senior NetSuite Solution Architect

Job Description As a senior-level consulting expert, you will provide innovative leadership and high-quality solution guidance to project teams. You will analyze business needs to ensure that the Oracle solutions align with customer objectives, utilizing industry-standard methodologies and your business acumen. Your experience will enable you to deliver robust technical solutions for complex applications and technology installations, guiding project teams effectively and influencing key decisions with customer leadership. This dynamic role includes: Leading high-impact technical design reviews and ensuring performance and scalability Optimizing integrations and customizations within the NetSuite ecosystem Consulting on data management and providing guidance on ERP best practices As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your expertise in multiple business processes while working collaboratively with partners to ensure long-term, scalable use of NetSuite. You will be instrumental in addressing technical feature gaps and guiding customers through best practices for data migrations, customizations, and integrations. Your responsibilities will also include: Conducting comprehensive technical reviews to enhance performance Providing consultative insights on ERP practices Coordinating optimization strategies for data management Preferred Qualifications : Self-directed with strong multitasking abilities and leadership skills Minimum of 5 years in technical consulting Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to engage with technology hands-on while presenting concepts to various organizational levels Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills Expertise in performance, integrations, or technical architecture Experience in end-to-end business process management Required Hands-on Experience: Performance and scalability of ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, NetSuite) Executing performance testing and tuning of SQL statements Data modeling and designing ODBC/JDBC extraction strategies Understanding SaaS/Cloud architectures and Oracle database architecture Architecting integrations with tools like Oracle Data Integrator and Mulesoft Desired Experience: Understanding of Software Development Life-Cycles (SDLC) Experience as a Scrum Master or in release management Development and optimization in NetSuite SuiteScript and SuiteTalk Travel:
