Description

Manage a large, established global book of business

Own and deliver against a quota‑carrying expansion number

Lead enterprise‑level consultative sales cycles with VP‑level stakeholders

Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within complex accounts

Partner closely with cross‑functional teams (product, leadership, account management)

Conduct strategic account planning and long‑term growth forecasting

Maintain deep knowledge of product portfolio, customer use cases, and competitive landscape

Profile A successful Global Key Account Manager should have:

Experience managing and expanding large enterprise/global accounts

Strong consultative selling approach

Hunger, motivation, and a clear track record of upsell success

Ability to bring new, strategic thinking to established workflows

Backgrounds from enterprise software, creative tech, or related SaaS fields

Ability to travel to customers as needed (limited travel)

Job Offer

$140K base / $100K variable

Uncapped commissions

Fully remote (no geographic constraints).
