About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Account Coordinator to support the Bushbalm Pro sales team. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, this junior-level, newly created role plays a critical part in ensuring the sales organization runs smoothly and efficiently.
This role will provide coverage and administrative support for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Managers (AMs), while also contributing to key sales initiatives such as prospecting, CRM management, sales enablement, education, and events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to grow within a fast-paced sales environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of sales experience looking to build a long-term career in sales, account management, or business development.
The salary range for this role is $45,000–$55,000 CAD.
Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support and coverage for Business Development Representatives and Account Managers
Assist in managing inbound leads and routing opportunities appropriately
Support account follow-ups, order coordination, and customer communication
Ensure seamless coverage during team absences or peak periods
Support outbound prospecting initiatives, including research and lead list development
Assist in executing sales campaigns and new account outreach efforts
Contribute to strategic sales initiatives aimed at expanding the Bushbalm Pro customer base
CRM Management & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Ensure proper tracking of leads, opportunities, and account activities
Support sales reporting and data hygiene initiatives
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Enablement, Education & Events Assist with sales enablement materials and internal training coordination
Support educational initiatives for partners and waxing professionals
Help coordinate trade shows, partner events, and industry activations
Provide logistical and operational support for sales-related events
Who You Are: 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, account coordination, or a related role
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for skincare, beauty, or personal care and alignment with Bushbalm’s mission and brand values
Based in Ottawa or open to remote/hybrid work arrangements
