About the Role: We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager Ecommerce to lead our digital storefront and drive high-impact growth. This newly created role is designed for a technical merchant who can bridge the gap between backend Shopify architecture and frontend customer experience.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and possesses a strong track record of building stable foundations with data-led insights. You must have extensive experience scaling complex automated systems and managing the end-to-end health of a Shopify ecosystem, ensuring that merchandising strategy, site performance, and analytics are perfectly aligned.

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000.

Responsibilities: Strategic Roadmap Development: Architect and own the 6–12 month ecommerce roadmap, balancing technical site enhancements with a dense, fast-moving calendar of product launches and seasonal sales.

High-Velocity Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of frequent product drops and major site-wide promotional events. You will manage everything from backend SKU setup and collection logic to frontend merchandising and QA.

System & Automation Scaling: Design and scale complex automated workflows (e.g., Shopify Flow, HubSpot integrations) to improve operational efficiency and customer retention.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary bridge between Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Product teams. You will translate marketing visions into technical requirements and ensure all stakeholders hit tight delivery timelines.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop the ecommerce operations team, setting clear priorities, improving workflows, and ensuring high-quality execution across all launches and site updates. Foster a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Shopify Systems Mastery: Expert administration of Shopify Plus, including Metafields, API connections, and bulk data management via tools like Matrixify.

Data-Driven Merchandising: Utilize GA4 and Shopify Analytics to create a continuous feedback loop. Every launch and sale must be analyzed to optimize the next entry on the roadmap.

Who You Are: Experience: 8+ years in ecommerce within shopify eco system, with a proven history of managing complex site-wide sales (e.g., BFCM) and frequent, high-stakes product cycles.

Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge of the Shopify Plus ecosystem, including its limitations and extensibility via Liquid, APIs, and third-party integrations (Aftership, etc.).

Roadmapping Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build, defend, and execute a digital roadmap that aligns with aggressive business growth goals.

Operational Excellence: An obsession with detail and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines without sacrificing site stability. You are the "calm in the storm" during major launches.

Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to "speak the language" of both technical developers and creative directors.

Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
