This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Data Analyst - REMOTE. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company's ability to forecast and analyze sales data, enabling better decision-making and strategic planning. You will collaborate closely with Sales leadership to enhance forecasting accuracy and reliability, as well as manage data integrity across various systems. Your analytical skills will drive recommendations that optimize performance and lead to improved revenue outcomes. Additionally, you will contribute to creating insights and reports that enhance operational effectiveness and support the partner's mission of increasing the giving rate.

Accountabilities

Own end-to-end bookings forecasting processes.

Lead quota allocation modeling and coverage ratio analysis.

Validate and reconcile bookings across multiple systems.

Support pipeline health analysis and attainment tracking.

Create dashboards and reports in Amazon Quicksight and Excel.

Manage data sources for integrity and alignment.

Implement cross-functional initiatives for forecasting improvements.

Communicate insights to Commercial and Finance leadership.

Requirements

Extensive experience in analyzing sales and bookings data.

Proficient in building forecasting and planning models.

Strong presentation skills to communicate insights to senior leadership.

Fluency in Python and/or SQL.

Advanced Excel skills for modeling and complex formula creation.

Familiarity with Salesforce and sales pipeline mechanics.

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Ability to manage multiple planning cycles and stakeholder requests.
