We require that applicants are willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a robust benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with matching, and life insurance. Rate: $65.00 to $75.00/hr. W2 Responsibilities: Refactor Apex code for improved data volume management. Update integration logic to accommodate new products and changing data structures. Develop unit tests and deployment-ready code following Salesforce best practices. Document code modifications and performance enhancements. Ensure platform uptime, performance, stability, and scalability. Design system architecture, providing mentorship to peers and challenging designs. Develop and maintain a public API. Deliver robust solutions based on feature requests. Collaborate with data teams utilizing technologies like Kafka, Hadoop, and Spark. Partner with data scientists to create value-added features. Work with DBAs to create ETL processes and data warehouse systems. Automate solutions to enhance service reliability and efficiency. Monitor production systems supporting platform operations. Build tools and processes for analytics, monitoring, machine learning, and data warehousing. Define networking, backup, and deployment strategies. Provision, configure, and maintain server resources in on-premises and cloud environments. Implement deployment strategies for both client-facing and internal tools. Continuously improve alerting and monitoring systems. Experience Requirements: Extensive experience in Apex programming and Salesforce development. Keen understanding of Salesforce APIs, triggers, and batch processing. Proven experience in optimizing code for high-volume data processing. Familiarity with integration patterns and external system connectivity. Strong skills in debugging and performance tuning. Experience in software and systems development. Background in building production-grade software systems. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as PHP, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Elixir, or Go. Experience with Linux administration. Familiarity with cloud providers, including AWS, DigitalOcean, or Google Cloud. Understanding of IT security best practices. Experience with automation and configuration tools like Puppet or Ansible, as well as orchestration tools like Docker Swarm or Kubernetes. Strong understanding of computer networks.
