About the Role The CLM Marketing Manager is responsible for providing operational administrative and project management support for both SelectRx and SelectPatient Management with a strong focus on nurture and retention initiatives It is a step‑change opportunity for a strategic and detail‑oriented marketer to drive campaign project management performance tracking and the cross‑functional collaboration required to successfully launch programs across our healthcare lines of business.

Leads A/B testing to enhance response in supporting channels inclusive of email direct mail SMS and other marketing & retention channels. Partners with the internal & external Marketing teams for integrated campaign planning across customer touch points and measures the holistic impact.

A background in retention marketing or healthcare marketing is preferred with responsibilities including refining program performance shaping strategy overseeing execution and directly influencing business outcomes. In the first 6–12 months the role is expected to progress through campaign support inclusive of owning a portfolio of lifecycle initiatives with a clear path to driving strategy for broader SelectRx and SelectPatient journeys as results are demonstrated.

Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and Implement end‑to‑end delivery of high‑visibility onboarding nurture and retention campaigns from intake and scoping through launch and post‑launch optimization ensuring initiatives land on time and deliver against KPIs.

Create & maintain documentation for journeys workflows requirements and decisions so that work is clearly logged and easy to reference for partners and leadership.

Draft and refine member-facing copy for onboarding and retention campaigns.

Lead coordination of inputs and approvals across Marketing Automation Pharmacy/SelectRx Product Analytics and Operations to keep initiatives on track.

Assist with the preparation and organization of recurring meetings including bi‑monthly SelectRx performance/strategy meetings and cross‑functional working sessions. Will assist with the performance decks agendas follow‑ups etc.

Apply brand compliance and channel best practices incorporating feedback from stakeholders and supporting A/B tests and optimizations as needed.

Conduct analytics for waterfall and performance reports that show campaign status chase progress and key outcome metrics for SelectRx and SelectPatient programs.

Skills/Abilities

Background in marketing retention programming preferred but not required.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Functional analytical skills (projecting costing budgeting etc.).

High level of self‑motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently.

Articulate and well‑spoken; strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical and detail‑oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.

Fast learner who is career minded and seeks additional responsibility as earned

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment managing multiple projects multiple channels and segments simultaneously in a cross‑functional team

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Finance Marketing or Business Administration or a related field required

3-5 years of relevant experience

Prior experience leading inbound and outbound call campaigns with a strong understanding of effective strategies and best practices is a plus

Physical Requirements Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Base Salary Minimum $80,000 Base Salary Maximum $85,000
