Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end GA4 360 measurement strategy: event taxonomy, conversion definitions, attribution logic and governance for lead generation journeys (including SPA measurement and cross‑domain flows).

Lead implementation and ongoing administration of GA4 360 across web properties including account/property configuration, data streams, key events, audiences, custom dimensions/metrics and channel grouping/traffic classification.

Partner with Engineering/Product to implement and maintain Google Tag Manager (client‑side) tagging standards, data layer requirements and QA practices; create and manage a release/validation process for tracking changes.

Maintain data quality by identifying and mitigating data integrity risks (bot/monitoring traffic, self‑referrals, duplicate events, misfires, UTM/GCLID/MSCLKID handling, cookie/consent impacts).

Design and maintain reporting suites for executive leadership and channel teams (GA explorations, Looker Studio and/or BI dashboards) with clear narratives, drivers and recommended actions.

Leverage GA4 360 exports/integrations (e.g., BigQuery export and data joins) to enable deeper funnel analysis, cohort analysis and conversion/lead quality reporting when native UI is insufficient.

Serve as Fullstory SME and platform owner: configure privacy settings/masking, create and maintain funnels, segments, dashboards and alerts; provide actionable insights from session replay heatmaps and frustration signals.

Translate Fullstory behavioral findings into prioritized CRO hypotheses and work with stakeholders to design, measure and interpret A/B and multivariate tests (and/or personalization initiatives).

Build standardized analysis templates: funnel diagnostics, landing page performance, form performance, device/browser issue analysis and traffic quality investigations.

Train and enable marketing and product partners on GA4 360 and Fullstory best practices, data definitions and how to self‑serve common insights.

Stay current on privacy and measurement shifts (e.g., consent‑aware measurement, browser changes) and recommend practical solutions that preserve decision‑grade data.
