About The Role SelectQuote is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst II to support a rapidly growing Commissions department. The Revenue Operations Specialist should demonstrate proactiveness critical thinking intellectual curiosity and a passion for data analytics and solutioning. The RevOps Specialist will be responsible for manipulating and leveraging data to identify gaps and inefficiencies in SelectQuotes commissions tracking system (SRTs). They will use their expertise product operations and consultative skills to offer solutions that influence decisions and increase the efficiency of SQ's commission tracking system.
Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Intimately knows and can communicate the commissions and non-commissions processes from end to end
Consult and provide management with proactive solutions for process gaps and inefficiencies
Lead project work and identify areas to increase efficiency through implementing new processes
Serve as the liaison between Revenue Ops Finance and Accounting team and enable leaders to make the most informed decisions by accurately processing commission payments
Researches and resolve complex commission issues in relation to the carriers
Decides the outcome and owns execution process for resolutions
Assists in data management and integrity of the division
Resolves all policy-level commission issues where data does not match that of the carriers
Prepares and maintains appropriate schedules and reports as requested
Supports the development and optimization of the firm's proprietary revenue tracking system

Detail-oriented mindset; a high degree of accuracy is required in all functions
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
3+ years of experience in revenue operations accounting finance strategy and business operations or similar relevant experience required
2 years of experience partnering with external clients and driving process efficiencies required
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience analyzing data and curating reports
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio is required
Physical Requirements Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
