35-40 hours per week between 8am-5pm Monday through Friday Objective:
As a member of the Catalyst Omaha team, you will serve as a brand ambassador providing exceptional front desk and administrative support for this collaborative, Class A office building with event space, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for tenants, guests, and event attendees. The Experience Ambassador will serve as the first point of contact, managing daily operations with efficiency and courtesy, while assisting with building operations and event coordination while maintaining high standards of service to reflect the building's prestigious reputation. Education/Experience/Requirements: High School Diploma required. Some secondary education preferred in administrative services, business, real estate, management or related field. Minimum one (1) year of relevant front desk, administrative, hospitality, or customer service experience. Interest in or familiarity with Omaha's entrepreneurial community and events encouraged. Reliable transportation required. Must possess both a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to The Lund Company's excess liability insurance carrier. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Experience with CRM or event management software preferred Social media familiarity preferred General office equipment proficiency (copiers, scanners, telephones with voicemail ) Prior front desk or comparable customer service experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and via email. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to build positive working relationships with tenants, visitors, vendors, and team members. Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on tasks. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, including the ability to gather information and respond thoughtfully to situations. Ability to remain professional, calm, and effective in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and professionalism.
