
Social Media Manager

Our client, a leading contemporary womenswear brand, is seeking a creative, strategic Social Media Manager to lead content strategy, audience growth, and engagement across all social platforms. This role will own the development of social‑first campaigns, build community, and drive measurable impact across brand awareness, traffic, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategy that drives growth, engagement, and revenue
Lead content planning and the social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Concept and launch social‑first campaigns, including giveaways, influencer activations, partnerships, and brand moments
Partner with creative teams to produce high‑impact, platform‑native content
Manage day‑to‑day publishing, community engagement, and platform performance
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Creative, Marketing, Communications, and E‑commerce teams on integrated campaigns and launches
Work closely with influencer teams to build and scale brand‑relevant influencer partnerships
Track and analyze performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations to leadership
Qualifications:
5+ years of social media experience, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Proven success growing engagement, audience, and social‑driven traffic
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms
Strong storytelling and content instincts with a social‑first creative mindset
Data‑driven with the ability to translate insights into strategy
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Experience shooting or editing social content with strong understanding of the influencer and creator landscape
Existing relationships with creators, talent, or agencies
Hybrid Office Schedule
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 commensurate with experience
