The ideal candidate works cooperatively with a wide variety of people, demonstrates an ability to adapt to continuous change in work demands and shifts focus smoothly and quickly among activities.**Summary**Works closely with marketing leadership to lead the development and execution of high-level enterprise concepts and strategies. Oversees daily tasks of copywriters, providing conceptual, brand and technical guidance. Influences and preserves the Sanford voice and brand. Uses business and brand insights, as well as analysis of a variety of complex health care business lines and services, to develop strategic solutions for traditional and digital channels.**Job Description**Drives enterprise-level creative strategy with deep expertise in conceptual development and cross-disciplinary communication. Leads high-impact campaigns across varied specialties and audiences, tailoring content to complex market needs while upholding brand integrity and advancing business goals. Oversees writing and editing for diverse audiences, ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables.Leverages campaign performance data to inform strategic writing. Identifies new approaches, and coaches others to elevate their work. Takes initiative on challenging projects, guides teams through change, and models leadership through decisive action. Maintains momentum amid shifting priorities, monitors compliance with documentation standards, and builds strong relationships across departments. Highly experienced in commercial writing, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and expert in AP style.**Qualifications**Bachelors in journalism, mass communication, English, writing/rhetoric, creative writing, or related field is required.
Minimum of five years of writing experience is required. Experience in a healthcare field is preferred.
