Responsibilities:\nThe HR Representative is responsible for supporting employees and managers on topics including hiring, relocation, benefits, career development, performance appraisals, compensation and promotions.\nThe HR Representative is the first line of contact for management and employee queries, and assists the HR Manager in the design, development and implementation of various policies, programs and procedures, and administer these as directed.\nDedicate face time to support employees through interaction and feedback.\nConduct employee information meetings on employment policies, benefits and compensation.\nParticipate in union related meetings where appropriate.\nAct as first point of contact for employees regarding employee relations issues and concerns about motivation and job satisfaction.\nAssist business and line managers with interpreting and administering HR policies and programs.\nRaise exemptions as required per the relevant policy and process.\nSupport line management on HR tools and processes, including performance appraisals, career planning, succession planning, career orientation reviews, Client Eureka Technical Careers, General Field Engineer controls, identifying high-value employees and performance rewards.\nSupport employee engagement initiatives.\nCoordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities.\nScreen and review employment applications and interview applicants as required.\nAssist in organizing internal teambuilding events and local community events.\nAssist with coaching and developing new team members.\nMaintain a good grasp of HR and business issues.\nParticipate in initiatives aimed continuously improving HR performance and employee motivation.\nEnsure compliance with the Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.\nSupport HR Business Aspects\nUnderstanding how to collaborate with other departments

Requirements:

Experience working in Workday (preferred)\nBasic Microsoft Office Suite\nPower BI exp a plus\nBachelor's Degree: Business or HR (preferred)\n3-5 years of HR experience (preferred)\nOpen to Candidate with Degree and less work exp or more work exp and no degree
