Opportunity This role offers full market ownership, meaningful leadership responsibility, and the backing of a proven national platform. The Director of Sales Operations will play a critical role in building regional presence, scaling revenue, and developing a high-performing sales team.
What You’ll Do
Lead the launch and growth of Inertia’s Philadelphia market
Build, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executive
Drive new business development and oversee key client relationships
Establish sales processes, performance expectations, and operating rhythm
Own regional forecasting, revenue targets, and execution
Partner with executive leadership on expansion strategy
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in the energy industry
Proven success as an energy broker
Prior sales or people leadership experience
Track record of growing revenue and developing talent
Strong business judgment, accountability, and ownership mindset
