Larson Realty Group is seeking a driven, knowledgeable Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager / Team Leader to lead and develop our growing commercial team. You’ll be responsible for training, managing, growing, and supporting a team of 5–10 commercial agents across multiple asset classes — from retail to multifamily and beyond. This leadership position is ideal for a seasoned commercial agent ready to move into a management role or a proven mentor who thrives in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
Compensation
Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities
- Train, manage, grow, and support a team of 5–10 commercial agents across multiple asset classes — from retail to multifamily and beyond.
