Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and acquire new clients in US Market.
- Should be good for staffing services in US Market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
- Drive end-to-end business development including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
- Develop sales strategies, account penetration plans, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Track industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Manage and grow key accounts to maximize business revenue.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of direct hands on experience in US Sales/Business Development working in IT Services, Engineering Services or US Staffing companies
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new clients.
- Strong network and established relationships with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
