Director of Business Development

This is a full-time, remote role for a Director of Business Development at Boghossian Group. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, devising comprehensive business plans, generating and nurturing leads, negotiating contracts, and managing key accounts. The Director of Business Development will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives and establish strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development, including identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Experience with Business Planning and strategizing to meet organizational objectives efficiently
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and cultivating relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Expertise in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and close deals effectively
  • Strong Account Management skills to maintain and grow existing client relationships
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with the industry or a related sector is advantageous
