Sagemont Hotels is currently hiring a
Corporate Director of Sales that will provide strategic direction and leadership for all sales activities across the portfolio of Hotels. This role develops enterprise‑level initiatives to drive revenue growth, optimize sales performance, and strengthen brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities Include: Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement portfolio‑wide sales strategies to achieve revenue goals (currently 10 select‑service Hotels, with additional in development)
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to property‑level Directors of Sales and General Managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and brands.
Performance & Reporting
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to align strategies for optimal results.
- Oversee sales systems, reporting, and compliance with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or hospitality required.
- 7+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience.
- Proven record of achieving portfolio sales growth and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Corporate‑based position with frequent travel to hotels and partner events.
- Full‑time corporate position requiring flexible availability.
