Our client, an accessories company, is looking for a Sales Director for Beauty Accessories to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy and execution for beauty accessories across key off-price accounts
- Own account relationships, line presentations, and negotiations to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Partner with merchandising, design, and sourcing teams to develop compelling, margin-focused assortments.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer needs to inform product and distribution strategies.
- Forecast business, manage pipelines, and deliver against seasonal and annual revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of sales experience in beauty accessories, personal care, or related consumer products.
- Strong existing relationships with off-price retailers and deep understanding of their buying and pricing strategies.
- Proven track record of driving high-volume sales and expanding key retail accounts.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Collaborative leadership style with experience working cross-functionally across product, merchandising, and operations.
