We are expanding our global footprint through strategic new client acquisition across international markets and industry verticals. To support this growth, we are looking for a Sales Director / Senior Account Executive who will drive new logo acquisition, build executive‑level partnerships, and lead complex enterprise deal cycles that deliver measurable business impact.
IF YOU ARE
- A senior sales executive with 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, IT services, telecommunications, or digital consulting
- Proven in new logo acquisition and consultative, value‑based selling to mid‑market and enterprise clients
- Experienced in managing long, complex deal cycles and influencing C‑level decision‑makers
- Skilled in strategic account planning, pipeline management, and accurate revenue forecasting
- Strong in negotiation, contract management, and pricing discussions for enterprise engagements
- Familiar with qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC, BANT, or similar
- Comfortable operating in global, matrixed environments and leading through influence
- Analytical, strategic, and focused on driving growth and profitability
- A collaborative leader who mentors others and contributes to sales excellence initiatives
- Holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in German and English at C1+ level to confidently communicate with senior retail decision‑makers
- Open to occasional business travel

- Acquire new enterprise clients (“new logos”) within an assigned territory, region, or industry vertical
- Build trusted relationships with C‑level executives and senior business leaders
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with strategic growth goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through structured prospecting and market intelligence
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle — from discovery and solution shaping to contract negotiation and closure
- Design tailored value propositions and engagement models that align with clients’ business objectives
- Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of complex deals
- Meet or exceed ambitious revenue and profitability targets
- Contribute to sales enablement efforts and mentor Account Executives by sharing expertise and best practices
