Role Description

This is an independent contractor (full-time/part-time) role for a Real Estate Specialist at Legends Realty in Lake Mary, FL. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for tasks related to real estate, customer service, real estate development, sales, and managing real property on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage people and real-life scenarios effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends
• Real Estate license in Florida is required
